- •You will be focused on business development programs and activities that will drive the sales team to meet order growth goals for a specific focussed group of high end RF products such as but not limited to signal analysers and generators.
•It will include understanding market opportunity and competitive situation in order to determine product positioning, marketing programs to generate leads, factory-based selling & sales training & sales tools.
•You will be the market and application expert who will win over customers by helping them tackle their challenges as well as provide inputs into product & service/support strategy.
•Create and drive business development plan to meet sales targets in specific accounts and industries for a focussed set of products. Lead implementation of that plan. Coordinate with regional team members.
•Improve sales team capability and confidence to sell Keysight products. Develop and implement plans to develop tools and skills to meet both near-term and long-term growth objectives.
•Take the lead and help sales team to win key competitive deals.
•Monthly funnel forecasting. Provide comprehensive analysis on lost deals and structure preventive measures.
•Focal point for current product competitive monitoring and action plan to meet goals for orders, market share and account control.
•Keep abreast with the latest application and technologies that are relevant in the market.
•Develop, document and implement business monitoring processes (i.e. dashboard metrics) to track and continuously improve order performance of current products. This process should predict obstacles, develop and implement timely cross-functional corrective action.
•Focal point for new product releases and transition from existing products. This will require working with Product Marketing & regional sales team to plan and execute a major NPI
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
•Possess 1 to 2 years experience in sales, marketing, support or business development or equivalent.
•Possess 5 years experience in a RF electronics test, design or manufacturing.
•Possess 1 to 2 years leadership experience in organizationally complex environment.
•Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively across functions.
•Demonstrated ability to assess complex situations, think creatively and exercise independent judgment.
•Demonstrated ability to develop actionable plans and act decisively to achieve results.
•Knowledge of global/regional Automotive Electronics market would be an advantage.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Possess own transport and willing to travel.
