Requirements :: You must possess minimum SPM/O’Levels, Higher Secondary/STPM, or higher qualifications, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in telemarketing or call centre environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with good telephone etiquette skills are a must. You should be fluent in spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
