Description ::  Assist the Department Manager in handling performance management system
 Routine tasks including tabulating KPI, compilation of key performance indicator etc
 To ensure effectiveness & efficiency of strategic HR system such as PMS, CMS module
 To act as system administrator to update new employee profile, input require data in a timely and accurate manner
 To maintain the PMS software to ensure 99.9% uptime and its accuracy
 Liaising with software vendor and internal IT team to resolve technical issue
 To compile and tabulate HR reports and indexes ie. Employee satisfaction survey, employee engagement, salary benchmarking survey etc
 To participate and involve in employee engagement program and work with HR & Admin department to ensure achievement of talent retention and turnover goal
 To assist in monitory employee performance execution report and publish monthly PMS result
 To assist in coordination and organizing of PMS and CMS workshop
 To tabulate Corporate HR report and liaising with PHHP Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, PHI and ensure report submitted before 15th of every month
 Any other responsibilities that assigned by immediate superior
Requirements ::  Preferably Degree in Human Resource or in similar capacity
 At least 1 year working experience
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
