Description :
•Oversee the Property Development division’s Marketing, Sales/Credit Administration and Customer services functions and teams.
•Responsible to establish strategic marketing and sales strategy/plan to achieve market share, and sales and profit targets.
•Manage the overall marketing and sales strategy, sales planning and sales force deployment plan and forecast to achieve annual corporate sales target. Set the periodic sales target and manage the target setting/ achievement to ensure annual corporate sales target are met.
•Provision of input and market insights into the strategic, business and budget planning processes. Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
•Source, negotiate and recommend selection of consultants and agencies related to marketing , public relations, media and communications activities including fee negotiation, determination of contractual structure, definition of scope of works and performance evaluation.
•Develop periodic reporting on the overall sales performance of the company.
•Guide, monitor and report on marketing activities.
•Building and raising brand identity and awareness.
•Develop and recommend product positioning, promotion and pricing strategies.
•Ensure compliance with the authorities’ commercial and administrative policies. Oversee and ensure that the Developer’s license and Advertising Permit are obtained from the authorities and are valid at all times. 
Requirements :
•Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Business or related field with at least 9 years of management level experience in Sales and Marketing and Sales Administration in Property Development Industry.
•A proven track record of achievements property industry/real estate.
•Thorough knowledge of rules and guidelines on property industry in terms of advertisement/ marketing agency.
•Professional strategic marketing skills and capable to perform market research to facilitate the feasibility studies of projects.
•Strong in negotiating, persuasive and business writing skills coupled with planning and administrative abilities.
•A strong leader with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills and able to work closely with team members.
