- 1.Responsible to execute Spare Parts Division On Jon Training flow at dealership.
2.To increase sales by focusing category of parts, ordering type, SST based on standard flow.
3.To guide parts controller in maintaining storage area, keep standard item.
4.Analyze dealer performance for improvement activity.
5.Responsible for Spare Parts Operation internal procedure and meet the ISO certification standard.
6.Review activity performance via PDCA regularly, prepare meeting report and present to management base on key performance, update activity progress schedule and plan for continuous improvement.
7.Execute plan & report regularly on market survey & study demand, regional promotion activity.
8.Coordinate Logistic operation with third party transporter & logistic efficiency tracking.
9.Responsible of Spare Parts Basic inventory control. - Requirements :
- Education & Experience :
1.Degree in Automotive, Engineering or Sales & Marketing or in any discipline
2.Minimum 2 year work experience in training preferably in the Automotive Industry
3.Experience in SAP system preferably.
4.Understand and experience in Marketing 4Ps.
Skills required:
1.High competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Project Management.
2.Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and writing skills, both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3.Independence, initiative, high commitment, self-motivated, good problem solving and planning skill and presentation skill.
4.Willing to reside permanently in East Malaysia office - Lowest Qualification :
