- 1. To assist in planning Honda fleet business for both Government & Corporate client in East Malaysia.
2. To assist in analysing and understanding client/ target segment needs and incorporating into overall business plan.
3. To build close relationship with relevant parties and to maintain effective dialogue and discussion in view of improving business ties and current processes and guidelines.
4. To provide assistance and support from the point of purchase to delivery of new cars.
5.Performance monitoring of new subscribers and retention of current subscribers for Honda’s Insurance Package across EM dealerships.
6.Continuous improvement of sales business planning and fleet related activities. - Requirements :
- 1.Minimum Degree and above or its equivalent.
2.Minimum 3 years working experience in automotive industry and exposure in retail business.
3.Sound legal and compliance knowledge.
4.Experience in dealing with people at all levels.
Skills required:
5.High competence in Microsoft Office and Project Management.
6.Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills, both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
7.Independent, initiative, high commitment, self-motivated, good problem solver and basic accounting knowledge.
8.Willing to reside permanently in East Malaysia office - Lowest Qualification :
