Description :: •Attend to customers and ascertain each customer’s needs
•Provide advice on product line to customers based on features, comparisons to other brands and promotions
•Advise customers on current sales and promotions, including policies of payment schemes or other value-added information
•Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise
•Attend to customers pre and post sales inquiries with tactfulness

Other responsibilities (Stock Keeping)
•Handle all aspects of store including monitoring order, receiving of stock and storage of items
•Maintain neat and organized stores
•Maintain update and inventory records
•Perform stock count and reconciliation weekly
•Perform all other duties, activities and responsibility that may be assign from time to time
Requirements :: •Technology-savvy and passionate about electronic gadgets
•Customers oriented, patience and friendly
•Strong interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all levels of people
•Must be willing to work on shift basis (follow retail shop's operation hour)
•Possess good communication skills in (Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia)
