Description :: • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Answering telephone calls in a professional manner and forwarding calls as required.
• Greet visitors and directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Manage and maintain a proper record of all outgoing and incoming of courier.
• Distribute courier and mail on a timely manner.
• Organize meetings/booking meetings on a room booking database.
• Organize stationery and office equipment purchases.
• Liaise and coordinate with suppliers/vendor on maintenance of office equipment
e.g. fax machines/copiers/door access system/telephone system etc.
• Manage travel arrangement (including flight ticket purchase and hotel bookings)
• Support the administrative duties of the department.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/ “A” Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
• Computer literate (MS -Office)
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
• Preferably Indian candidates who able to start immediately
Lowest Qualification :: STPM / A Level / College Foundation
