Description :: •Manages the PS SE engineers to deliver projects and tasks to meet customer expectations;
•Management of the PS SE engineers to deliver contracted PS and IS to customer expectations;
•Management of the Project Management and meet customer expectations;
•Delivery of SST forecasts and product revenues via Project Management;
•Pre and post sales self service terminal support SME;
•Actively participates in both internal and external standards groups and committees to ensure the SST products and services meet Global / Local mandates and standards compliance;
•Works closely with customers in all aspects of SST including but not limited to, consulting, design, proposals, quotes, tender responses, pricing, contract negotiation, maintenance, support, dispute resolution, etc.
•Participates in both internal and external standards groups and committees to ensure the SST products and services meet global / local mandates and standards compliance;
•Responsible for Malaysia and Singapore regions;
•Other position associated tasks as requested.
Requirements :: •Minimum 5 years previous experience in similar position;
•Demonstrated record of team management skills and/or ability;
•Motivated self starter;
•Possesses highest level of industry / account / product knowledge;
•Proven ability to build and develop professional business relationships;
•Excellent computer skills – spreadsheet, presales and presentation programs;
•Experience in programming C, C++ or Java is an advantage;
•Possess a high level of communication, presentation, critical thinking and strategic planning skills;
•Experience in creating, developing and selling solutions to major corporations;
•Relative business studies preferred;
•Experience in Banking, Financial Self-Service or Payments Industry is a plus;
•Project Management experience is required;
•Experience in Software solutions development and delivery;
•Business P&L experience is an added plus;
•Candidate should have excellent communication skills to present complex technical concepts to customers – both external and internal;
•Self-motivated to excel in this position and can adapt to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
