Description :: - Assist Head of Sales Operation and Support in managing Sales Operation section
- Lead a team and provide clear direction and follow through by coaching team members, while monitoring and guide their efforts in obtaining successful result.
- To review individual dealers performance and recommend for improvement
- To monitor the good potential & weak dealers performance
- To lead the team on Sales Operation Matters
- To follow up with respective department on any matters raised by dealers
- To chair all Sales Operation Meeting with dealers
- To build reputation with dealers especially High volume dealers
- To monitor overall Sales Performance of Honda Malaysia
- To study the potential market of each region proposed by Section Head
- To review all Presentation Material to management before actual presentation
- To solve all matters occur that affect Monthly Target Achievement
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience working within a direct and/or indirect sales organization in a sales operations role.
- High proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Has serve 3 years in a supervisory capacity and exhibits strong, confident leadership and the desire to mentor subordinates
- Knowledge of Automotive Sales business will be an added advantage
- At least 6 years’ experience in the related field
