Description :: Responsible for maintaining complete records of the totals of all approved
budget sums allocated to each Division/Department
 Responsible for maintaining complete records of all actual expenditure
against budgets of each Division/Department
 Responsible in ensuring budget analysis of significant variances are
carried out for each Division/Department
 Responsible in ensuring budget results of each financial period is
forwarded on a timely basis to each Division Head
 Provide relevant advice and information such as matters relating to the
correct use of accounts codes etc
 Responsible for the calculations of all the companies product costing &
pricing activities (including promotional activities calculations) to
facilitate the group pricing strategies
• Assist in supervising the finance team in daily operations
• Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements :: Must possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Commerce,
professional accountancy qualifications or equivalent with at least 3 years
of post-graduate working experience in accounting/costing areas, OR
• Must have at least final stage of professional accountancy qualifications or
equivalent with at least 5 years of working experience in accounting/cost area
 Good to have MIA member
 Preferably with exposure in the Multi-Level Marketing/Manufacturing field
 Knowledge of written and spoken Mandarin will be an added advantage
 Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English
 Able to meet accounting and related reporting deadlines
 Knowledge of Microsoft, accounting and related software packages
 Ability to compose detailed financial, costing and related reports
 Ability to draft financial and related proposals
