- - To propose and recommend marketing objectives, plans and strategies for the product portfolio aimed at meeting profit and growth objectives.
- To plan and implement above–the–line and below-the-line Marketing activities.
- To closely work with Market Research Unit to collect study and analyse relevant and to plan based on market information (e.g. sales pattern, economic updates, competitors activities, competitors background, pricing, trade margin and updating sales trend).
- To liase with distributor, advertising agency and other relevant entities that related to Marketing Department activities.
- To prepare specific assignment (e.g. Marketing Committee Meeting reports, Marketing plan, Annual marketing budget, product costing) given by Marketing Manager/Deputy Marketing Manager from time to time on matter relating to the overall business.
- To plan promotion activities (demo cooking, sampling etc) and to attend customer complaints related to the above product portfolio.
- To achieve yearly product sales target.
- To analysis company previous months sales and to submit report to the management - Requirements :
- - Possess at least a Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field
- Strong command of Bahasa Melayu and English
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or its equivalent
- EXPERIENCE IN FAST MOVING CONSUMER GOODS IS ADVANTAGE - Lowest Qualification :

Description
In 1984, the first batch of ADABI products rolled off from a small factory in Batu Caves Light Industries Area. Since then, our venture has grown immensely. Today, ADABI has become a household name in the food manufacturing business, with over 33 types of products under 4 main categories ; Powdered Spice Mix, Processed Paste, Soya Sauce and Flour Mix.
Our steady market growth over the year has prompted us to expand. From Batu Caves, ADABI shifted to bigger factories in Taman Kepong Light Industrial Area in 1986 and additional plants at Taman Ehsan Light Industrial Area in 1990 and 1992. With an ever escalating customer demand, the company shifted to its own factory and office premises located in Rawang Integrated Industrial Park in November 1996 to successfully cater to their individual and market needs.
