- • Possess outstanding influencing skills to manage a distributor base and the brand imaging and marketing of an outstanding portfolio of premium wines and relevant food beverages products.
• Be responsible to the annual sales budget in volume, revenue and gross profit
• Liaise with the Distributor to establish the annual budget.
• Propose and liaise with the Distributor to implement the annual operating plan in the targeted states.
• Product launch and communication around the product.
• Promotion and advertisement.
• Set up the incentive program for/with the distributor
• Measure the impact of the promotion & advertisement action
• Monthly report that covers the business highlight, market analysis, competition activities etc.
• Weekly report covering the follow up of the former week and the week action items
• Propose the mid term (3 – 5 years) sales plan to improve PRODUCTS positioning in the market
- Requirements :
- • At least 5-10 years experience in Marketing & Business Development/ Sales
• Bachelor degree – Marketing or its equivalent
• Possess good command of written and spoken English, Malay and Mandarin with excellent selling and marketing negotiation skills
• Those with e-commerce experience is an advantage
• Able to inspire, lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to implement Sales & Marketing strategies effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-starter
