Description :: • Develop marketing strategies to achieve overall company sales targets and goals.
• Set direction for product marketing plans to ensure the achievement of financial/ budget expectations. Manages tactical implementation of annual marketing plan.
• Develop commercial analysis of new product ideas, with particular emphasis on competitive analysis, scenario analysis, and key market issues.
• Increase market share and strengthen customer portfolio to achieve significant growth and gain relevance in the market.
• To carry out all phases of the business development including preparing of business proposal, making presentations and project implementation.
• Oversee, review and report on business development programmer and activities to Senior Management and Board as required.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-10 years of business experience in marketing and business development, including expertise in marketing assessment, market segmentation, product launch planning/ execution and product life cycle management.
• Creative in new product idea generation, customer needs identification and problem solving skills.
• Good leadership in leading a team effectively and able to build high performing team.
• Able to interact with all levels of employees.
