- • Servicing of the Existing Customer.
• Develop new customer base and generate sales from new and existing customers.
• Monitoring of products quality, delivery and also collect payment from respective accounts on scheduled every month.
• Attend to customer complaints promptly and resolve any issues amicably to enhance excellent customer relationship.
• To solve various issues related to order fulfillment, such as customer complaints and replacement orders, liaise with related department for special product when receiving request from customer.
• Establish an excellent customer relationship professionally with all customers.
• Responsible for customer's service satisfaction and customer audit.
• Prepare and forward accurate quotation to customers.
• In charge of order fulfillment role and taking care of the complete order entry process.
• To communicate and clarify with customer to edit or change orders as when required by referring and checking with production prior to any changes.
• Work closely with all department personnel; supporting functions; such as quality; production planning, finance and etc.
• Follow up with production on the committed delivery dates.
• To enhance sales growth in line with Company's sales strategy
• Provide customer request and shipping agent information to shipping executives including prepare Delivery Order, Packing List, CO, Invoices, form CEPT, etc.
• To verify Invoice, Delivery Order and any related documents which need to submit to customer for further verification or submission.
• To coordinate and support our product development and marketing activities
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries.
• Ability to communicate effectively through email with customers.
• Aggressively promote new product and higher value added products to existing and new customers professionally to achieve our sales targets.
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Information technology,Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Professional Degree in Engineering, Industrial design or Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Fluent in oral and written English & Chinese.
• Proficient in MS-Excel.
• At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
