Description :
1. Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
2. Handle and manage key project customer.
3. Presentation and product introduction for architect, QS and designers.
4. Achieve the profitability goals or objectives of the branch and organization.
5. Ensure that all areas of the work performance are properly staffed and directed.
6. Take on the responsibility for the orientation of all new employees.
7. Address the customer and employees satisfaction promptly.
8. Follow company policies and procedures.
9. Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a branch, including distribution operations, products sales, customer services, sales in a manner that supports reaching profitability goals 
Requirements :
1. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
2. Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or Sanitary wares line.
3. Good presentation skill and convincing power for project.
4. Candidates must have an overall knowledge in showroom operating flow; make sure the daily operation runs smoothly.
5. Able to work on weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
