Description :
1. To process of invoice and billing.
2. To update the daily sales report and monthly sales performance summary.
3. To post daily sales report into computer data base.
4. To assist Sales Consultant on customer related matters.
5. To key in, posting and filling all document use in data entry.
6. To do clerical and administrative works according to instruction.
7. To ensure all relevant documents are completed and file in order.
8. To assist in month end stock count and stock data entry into computer record.
9. To collect and disseminate fax, memorandum and documents to respective personnel.
10. To receive and answer incoming calls and inquiry.
11. To pass the calls to the respective personnel for answer if necessary. 
Requirements :
1. Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.
3. Preferably able to start working within a short period.
4. Applicants with basic computer knowledge.
5. Willing to work on weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
