- Being an ambassador for the service to greet customers, make them feel very welcome.
- The first person in touch with clients and managing clients using Queue Management System (QMS)
- Responsible for interacting with customers who visit the service center.
- Responsible for conducting customer surveys, analyzing, and writing research reports and simple survey.
- Responsible for managing all cash transactions in the service center.
- Responsible for the collection and calculation of earnings per day and update reports.
- Responsible for ensuring that the office must be kept in a clean and neat.
- Responsible to perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.  
Requirements :
- NTC minimum or NITEC in all disciplines or Diploma in Business Studies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- The ability to communicate and write well
- 1 year experience in customer service related activities
