Description :: - Create and/or improve test plans to effectively test new software features for sustaining products
- Execute test plans and gather data for software bugs
- Document and communicate bugs found to the software engineering team
- For software issues found, work to understand the sequence to reproduce the issue
- Provide feedback to software engineering on new features
- Coordinate track web data entry for software issues found in testing
- Keep on schedule for executing testing for a software release
- Understand how to identify a software issues versus a hardware issue
Requirements :: - Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
- Passion for software testing
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in software engineering or software testing
- Good English speaking/written skills
- Experience with handler equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills from system level
- Able to work with typical engineering lab equipment
- Able to record test data with summary for engineering review
- Able to recall details clearly
- Strong communication with engineering topics
- Able to work well with a team
- Familiar with Excel, MS Word, Power
