- Execute activities to ensure effective Quality Management System in accordance to relevant requirements and stipulated procedures.
- Plan and implement periodic quality, process audit and report.
- Handling of customers’ complaints and suppliers’ quality improvement activities.
- To ensure technicians carry out quality check and inspection accordingly.
- Work with internal or external (Supplier/Customer) on the quality issue arised. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Chemistry, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Physics,
Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Required Skills such as Microsoft office (words, excel, power point & etc)
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, 7QC tools, Minitab is preferable.
- A self-motivated team player to work independently and good communication skill in both verbal and report writing.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
