Description :: 1. To plan, coordinate and monitor QC activities to achieve product quality.
2. Liaise with customers and in-house personnel regarding product quality issues and initiate work improvement activities for continuous improvement.
3. Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of quality inspection in reporting, compliance and documentation.
4. Ensure all corrective actions for non-conformances are successfully planned and implemented.
5. Ensure that all measuring equipments are calibrated.
6. Responsible to interface with all department and project sites to develop and maintain the quality management system.
7. To coordinate with all project sites on status of implementation.
8. To monitor and verify the corrective and preventive actions of the system.
9. To liaise with engineering team to resolve implementation problem.
10. Any other duties related to the Company quality management system assigned by the management from time to time.
11. Prepare and implement of the project QMS & EMS.
12. Prepare and implement the quality plan and the subsequent QA/QC procedures.
13. Conduct training for those new comer inspectors.
14. Be the lead when receive customer complain or any quality complaint to investigate and find out the root causes and come out the corrective and preventive action.
15. As one of main role of operation team, build up the team work with subordinate and others department team members to work together to achieve management expectation and company goal.
16. To monitor/review FA progress
17. Ensure the 5S activities.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in an manufacturing QA / Engineering
•Able to work with all levels of people with good written in English and communication skills
• Knowledge in manufacturing process and quality control such as SPC, 8D problem solving
• Required language(s): English. Chinese speaking candidates will be additional advantage
•Self motivator and able to work with minimal supervision.
•Knowledge in ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 18000 (Safety)
• Knowledge in safety is necessary
