- • Process Purchase Orders as per purchasing procedures / contracted terms and condition.
• Coordinate and execute purchasing administrative duties.
• Liaise with suppliers and surveyors on issue due to discrepancy.
• Liaise with Finance for banking instruction and with Shipping section on shipping matters.
• Monitor incoming shipment progress.
• Assisting Executive to prepare the material claims.
• Conduct vendor assessment and rating.
• Ad hoc assignment from manager or supervisor.
- Requirements :
- • Diploma in Business Administration or Purchasing
• At least 3 years working experience
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
