- • Oversee and manage the store operations and responsible for day-to-day running to ensure efficient storage of goods, proper stock rotation and movements in the store.
• Perform duties of Receiving, Unpacking, Packing & Storage of materials.
• Coordinate and monitor the movement of stocks.
• Update Stocks Records from D.O and Incoming shipments .
• Preparation of stocks deliveries to 20 outlets accordance to outlets stock order request
• Follow up closely on stocks availability and ensure on time delivery to outlets.
• Monitoring Inventory holding level based on monthly Inventory Report and liaise with FC to perform Monthly stocks order requisition(To Generate PO )
• Follow up and monitor Incoming Shipments status based on PO to suppliers.
• Monitor and Control the Inventory Level appropriately to avoid “non-revolving” stocks situation
• Update Stocks Card.
• Relabelling on all Bizzy Body products.
• Sort out and send to vendor on recycle materials such as used bottles.
• Perform stock check and inventory reconciliation.
• Conduct Monthly Inventory Cycle Count and update results.
• Preparation of D.O ,Product Packing & Distribution .
• Preparation of Franchisee Invoices, Debit Notes, Credit Notes etc…
• Conducting Outlets External Audit.
• Filing of D.O, PO, Invoices, Debit Notes, Credit Notes etc…
• Wrapping of Ampoules in strips of 10 bottles each.
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience
• Computer literate and good interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and result oriented
• Good communication skill
