Description :: 1. To plan, supervise and coordinate activities to provide a constant and effective work flow/activities in the warehouse to ensure that all assigned work activities are carried out smoothly, timely and complied with the company's requirements.
2. To manage and ensure the proper delivery of goods to customers, housekeeping storage, and maintenance of goods at the proper bin location, liason with Finance department on stock take and stock reconciliation daily.
3. To liaise with our sales team on all customer service issues.
4. To ensure that the weekly/monthly warehouse activities reports are prepared, generated and submitted to the management on time.
Requirements :: 1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in distribution, warehousing and the application of Microsoft office.
3. Good leadership and motivation skills and customer handling.
4. Good planning, implementing and co-ordination skills.
5. Computer literate.
6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
