Description :: Monitor and arrange local delivery requests by customers without delivery failure.
Check daily stock from auto count system vs customer schedule.
Always liaise with planner,production,printing,store & qc for shortage part.
Discuss & liaise with customer if have any problem regarding stock delay.
Need to be smart and know the full load of the truck.
Know to view customer request schedule and complete customer request based on order
Responsible for Local & Export Shipping Functions.
Handle customer sales order.
Monitoring and arrange shipment for Export Shipment.
Responsible for monitoring & issuing of sales invoices to all customers.
Liase with forwarding agent for ensuring all consignment are properly customs cleared and delivered in timely manner.
Assist in handling Customs issues as it arises
Assist in processing, sorting and filling of shipping documents.
Prepare and process all the shipping and export documents for all shipments.
Always handle shipping scheduling on timely.
Other duties as instructed by immediate department head.
Arrange & Monitor 4 unit lorry delivery to customer without problem (1x40ft / 1x8ton / 2x5ton )
- Responsible for daily goods delivery according to the delivery
schedule set by Shipping Department.
- Provide on time delivery & to meet our customer satisfaction.
- Inform to driver to do daily/monthly routine vehicle inspection before use.
Responsible for monitoring & issuing of sales invoices to all customers.
- After completing the delivery document, must create and apply all invoices into the latest Auto count system according to the
delivery date and submit to customer.
- Monthly invoice closing for all customer.
- Send Monthly Summary

DELIVERY NOTE
- Issuing delivery note (mould/repair/machine ) as per request by related department.
Requirements :: • 2 years’ experience in manufacturing sector
• Good Command of communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Good team player and problem solver. Able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal skill Meticulous , well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner.
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Language: English, Malay
