- • Sourcing, order processing and coordinating with internal and external parties with regards to local purchases.
• Coordinate cost savings programmes, supplier qualifications, and interface with planning and warehouse department.
• Buying an array of different goods and services and ensuring the best products/services are acquired at a competitive price.
• Coordinate with relevant internal department in ensuring full compliance with reporting requirement.
• Supplier evaluation and assessment in accordance with ISO requirement.
• Responsible for all commercial aspects and procurement process.
• Establish proper procurement & sourcing processes & synchronize the policies and requirement with the relevant corporate requirement, process and policies.
- Requirements :
- • At least Diploma holders or equivalent and have minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in procurement particularly in manufacturing industry.
• Good command in English and B. Malaysia (oral and written). Chinese language is a plus
• Computer literate (Excel / Words).
• Possess own transport
• A good negotiator, independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure.
