Description :: -Receive customer domestic and export Purchase Orders and update Sales Order into SAP system.
-Response to customer Purchase Orders acknowledgement, delivery schedule, customer contract and others related enquiry.
-Confirm purchase order, price and delivery schedule, based on customer contract condition and production lead time..
-Discuss with production team to confirm production plan for few new orders and samples to fulfil customers requirement.
-Manage customers Purchase Orders in good order, keep track of each order status until it is closed.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Diploma or other formal education in Supply Chain/ Inventory Management or Business related field.
-Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-3 - 5 years in Purchasing and Production & Delivery Planning.
-Ex-working in Multinational Company (Japanese) is preferable.
-Experience in purchasing practiced work flow and ISO documentation.
-Independent & able to work with minimum supervision.
-Good negotiation and vendor management skill.
-Computer literate.
-Good communication skill, excellent analytical and problem solving skill.
-Meticulous in document preparation and have good checking skill for documentation and electronicfile.
