Description :: - Attend Tender briefing / Interview for new Tender project local with Sale Team if required.
- Maintain a comprehensive and updated pricelist and catalogue from vendor / supplier for easy access and quick reference to all Departments.
- Assign tasks to the respective costing personnal, ensure that each is competent with knowledge and skill upgrade.
- Check and approve the sale contract prepared by all Vendors/ Suppliers before any transition to the Procurement Department to generate purchase order.
- Conduct informative training on all relevant kitchen product to enhance personal knowledge required for preparation of quotations / project tenders.
Requirements :: - Possess Degree in Materials/ Purchasing or related field.
- You have a proven track record of business partnering with global stakeholders and have 5 years' experience in team management.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
