Description :: - Ensure all incoming goods according to purchase order and delivery schedule
- Process POD and POR activity and issue PO to Supplier
- Responsible for handling return or damaged goods to Supplier
- Material planning, issuance of purchase order according to specification, sources, approved price and etc
- To update and ensure documentations for purchasing record of supplier price is done properly and traceble
- To assist in obtaining and negotiate for the best quotation from supplier for goods and services
- To ensure purchasing activity executed as per company procurement procedure
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Tengah Industrial Park.
- Effective communication in written and spoken english
