Description :: - Source and liaise with new or current supplier in purchasing operation with proper evaluation process such as good quality, service, price competitiveness and other.
- Prepare purchase order and negotiate of quotation and payment term with supplier.
- Work closely with warehouse and production.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods , receiving, issuing and distribution to respective staff, or job sites.
- Ensure stock accuracy with proper recording in procurement and general inventory.
- Ensure sufficiency of stock by monitoringand replenishment in order to fulfill requisition of the respective department.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/ Inventory/ Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Contract Base until Dec 2019
