- To follow-up with supplier, especially regarding the availability of parts and their part delivery date.
- To daily update and record the Part Stock Inventory system based on actual receiving.
- To assist Manager in preparation of report, data and documentation.
- To issue Purchase Order (PO) and email / fax to supplier after approval from Manager.
- To upkeep all records and document under purchasing department in the proper filling system.
- To monitor and to provide all purchasing information and reporting to the superior.
- Other job assigned from time to time.
- To ensure on time delivery of goods.
- To coordinate with forwarders and logistics companies for import.
- Verify availability of stock and expediting deliveries, investigate delays and initiate remedial action. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skills: Purchasing skill & Negotiating skill.
- Required language (s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia & English.
