Description :: • Handling PRF from internal staff - Procurement of raw materials
• Product/material sourcing, price negotiation & quality control
• Analyze inventory levels
• Analyze the purchase request from requestor
• Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials
• Conduct supplier performance reviews to ensure consistency on time delivery and quality products/services
• Liaise with shipping agents and forwarders on delivery and import requirements
• Handle all relevant custom documentation and application.
• Prepare monthly reports & submit to HOD
• Maintains purchasing information, files and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related industries.
