Description ::  Ensure material availability for Cohu world wide operations.
 Communicate with Project Team to ensure material delivery on time.
 Guide purchaser to ensure timely delivery of material. Support Purchasing Manager.
 Drive assigned team of Purchaser to fulfill material requirements based on ERP needs.
 Execute purchasing process.
 Align purchasing strategy with Sourcing Department.
 Be contact window for Project Team from Project kick off until Project delivery.
 Support Purchasing Manager by providing relevant information and data.
 Ensure material delivery according to management targets.
 Prepare and analyst weekly data for supplier meeting.
 Drive operational plan based on management targets.
 Drive material turn rate.
 Maintain safety stock level.
 Be contact window for supplier escalation.
 Manage fast track material and modifications within purchasing team.
 Manage QID in Purchasing Team.
 Support supplier quarterly business review.
 Work on continues improvement on ERP System and across supply chain.
 Drive Zero Defect project.
Requirements ::  Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, any relevant field.
 Proficient with Windows, Excel, and Material Resource Planning ( MRP) tools.
 Good knowledge on technical competencies & engineering drawings.
 Good English communication skills.
 Min. 3 years buying or sourcing experience needed
