Description :: '-Prepare Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase order, Material request Note, Delivery Note and Credit Note Involve in logistics arrangement for all local and overseas.
-Collect daily production records and update Production Process Follow Up Sheet & data in computer system.
-Assist in the filings and recordings on all jobs at production as well as all production record documents.
-To assist sourcing and buying varieties of item to fulfill the need of the company for day to day operation.
-Prepare monthly Reports. To plan and prepare production schedule based on customers' orders requirement and production capacity.
-Issuing of work orders, co-ordinate with inter departments related to planning workflow.
-Establish, execute and monitor production planning activities to meet delivery schedules. Planning and scheduling workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times. To calculate production capacity and feedback to management whenever there is possible backlog. Coordinate with relative departments regarding the lost time/quality issue /change model. Control and monitor WIP and Direct materials for production usage. Prepared the Delivery Schedule for the shipment base on quantity already committee to customer. Assist Production to achieve their monthly target.
Requirements :: '-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
-Required skill(s): MS Office. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
