- • Dealing with suppliers for all the purchase matters, including placing order, dealt with defect products and goods return, and negotiate price.
• To be involved in products sourcing and R&D of products, meeting with suppliers or our manufacturer partner both located in Malaysia and oversea.
• Process Purchase Requisition, searching for appropriate suppliers, and hence place Purchase Order.
• Process Goods Received Note and Purchase Invoice for all the goods received.
• Dealing with forwarder or logistic company for all the incoming goods matter/ import matter, including HS code of imported goods, shipping term or incoterms.
• Process and enter stock movement and stock adjustment transactions.
• Dealing with consignment goods matter and conduct stock count for consignment goods.
• Monitoring minimum stock level.
• Responsible for accuracy of inventory quantity and overall in charge of stock count.
• Perform checking and monitor inventory costing.
• Prepare inventory analysis whenever as per request. - Requirements :
- • At least holder of Diploma in any field. Candidate with relevant working experience will add advantage. Relevant experience refers to job scope of Purchase/Inventory or experience in safety products.
• Speak and write well in Chinese and English. Both two are mandatory because candidate has to deal with supplier in China, Indonesia, Europe, Japan etc.
• Able to operate computer and software.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power point), excellent skill in Excel will add more advantage.
• Extrovert and proactive in personality, must have good interpersonal skill and negotiating skill.
• Must be willing to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
• Must be able to work in Masai.
