Description :: '- In charge of price with vendor how much and when get effective
- Responsible for the PR ( Purchase Requisition) convert to PO ( Purchase Order ) in the SAP Environment
- Create price contract
- Deal with the in house-subline production and make sure the in house production go smooth
- Follow up delivery and quality
- Contact vendor especially foreign vendor for delivery, costing service and technician
- Arrange shipment accordingly, either by AIR or by vessel
- Follow up shipment status
- Make sure shipment can meet production requirement
- Check vendor capacity
- Vendor management
- Manage all related purchasing Index and KPI
- Innovation plan- 6 Sigma tools
- Purchaser must participate any issue related to vendor and raw material purchased
- Improvement plan
- Other related to purchasing plan
- Service part- purchasing management
Requirements :: • Degree Holder or fresh graduate of Business Administration from a credible university
• Able to work well with other departments, good team player and good communication skills.
• Ability to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
• Positive work attitude, punctual, reliable and responsible
• Must be able to multi task, work under pressure, deadlines and job expectations
• Can start work immediately
