Description :: - Responsible to liaise with customers on matters related to delivery schedule, received and acknowledging customer’s purchase orders and monitoring of shipment and work closely with production to ensure customers satisfaction.
- Response to customer’s enquiry, complaint, feedback, needs and concerns in proactive and responsive manner.
- Receive orders, prepare billing and to issue work order to the production.
- Responsible to follow up and monitor the production status in accordance to agreed schedule.
- Coordinate with the internal department to ensure good product quality and on time delivery with correct quantity.
- Responsible to update the customer’s concerns to the manager on timely manner.
Requirements :: -Minimum diploma or equivalent.
-Minimum 1 to 2 years experiences in customer service in manufacturing, preferably plastic injection moulding.
-Strong negotiation skills and meticulous. Positive attitude, high level of integrity, team player.
-Multi-task ability and can work under tight dateline independently.
-Conversant in English/Mandarin/Microsoft Excel.
