• Handling incoming and outgoing calls, faxes and mails.
• To liaise and coordinate with sales team pertaining to sales quotation, customer’s order and etc.
• To maintain proper filling system and to ensure all documents are filed up to date.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with all departments in areas of administration matters.
• Responsible for delivery arrangement.
• Monitor minimum inventory level and review of stock card activity.
• Coordination with production department on daily operation as well as general stock inventory and data entry.
• Responsible for material planning and purchase of direct materials according to customer's orders.
• To work closely with production department to meet maximize production capacity.
• Any other duties as and when necessary.  
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/ Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
