- 1. Source for raw materials, parts, office automation, sundries from both overseas and local manufacturer for subsidiaries under the group.
2. Negotiate and ensure most competitive price and terms, shortest lead time & minimum order quantity if any.
3. Prepare PO and follow through on competitive analysis selection and award to vendors
4. Prepare Purchase Orders and get verification on acceptance from vendors.
5. Ensure all purchases are delivered within the agreed lead time.
6. Arrange delivery or collection of product from vendors & responsible in verification of products when received from vendors.
7. Manage vendors on defectives goods return and replacement.
- Requirements :
- 1. Diploma/a level /management or relevant qualification
2. Responsible to handle sourcing and cost reduction activity
3. Good skill in negotiation
4. Computer literate
5. Able to work independently
6. Able to speak &write in Mandarin & English
7. Must at least Diploma
