Description :: - Ensure Production documentation is maintain & implemented.
- Ensure latest production schedule is review & plan for delivery.
- Tabulate Critical Component Shortages report for buyer/customer review & actions.
- Ensure material is available or deliver on time for production schedule.
- Expedite for critical or urgent components to ensure production connection.
- Release work orders.
- Follow up for delivery orders.
- Continually manage system inventory, adjustment to physical inventory & resolve inventory issues.
- Manage EOL & non-conformance parts – quarantine to RTV.
- Prepared for daily inventory reports for operation/management.
- Prepare customized inventory reports.
Requirements :: - Review Production schedule and material inventory.
- Analyzes production build BOM and review material inventory to ensure production schedule & delivery is fulfill.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
