- - Responsible for raw material buying, expediting, planning analysis and inventory control. Liaise and work closely with vendor to manage delivery to support to support master production schedule.
- Issues Purchase orders to price, terms & conditions that are negotiated by HQ.
- Ensure materials availability to support production per the Master Production Schedule, on-time delivery, and coordination of materials movement through receiving to production.
- Monitors and continuously improves supplier's delivery and quality performance.
- Monitors, tracks and provides feedback on suppliers' performance on delivery, quality and service.
- Resolve invoice discrepancy issues. Review and resolve discrepancy problems with AP.
- Liaise with the quality dept to make sure that reject part return to suppliers in specifies time.
- Minimize the inventory cost and maximize the inventory turn. - Requirements :
- - Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Communications skills in Chinese, English and Malay.
- Strong in Negotiation Skills - Lowest Qualification :
