Description :: 1. Provide procurement support for goods & services purchases.
2. Source, select, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for the best contract terms and conditions at company interest.
3. Manage Purchasing Requisition & Purchase Order processing throughout the purchasing circles which ensure quality acceptance, timely supply performances & promptly payment of the goods and services.
4. Liaise and co-ordinate closely with suppliers and internal Section/Department to ensure the efficiency of purchasing function.
5. Critical thinking for solving issues and claim for damage goods when necessary.
6. Prepare periodic reports and update records on purchase, cost saving and etc
Requirements :: 1. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration / Economic / Sciences or its equivalents with minimum 1-2 years of experience purchasing field will be preferable. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
2. Good oral and written communication skill, able to speak Chinese & possess good working attitude.
3. Resourceful, self motivated, independent, team player, able to work under minimum supervision & able to handle multi tasks.
4. Required skill(s): Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power Point & JDE Software System will be preferable
