Description :
1. Assist in purchasing activities such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipments schedule.
2. Monitor and communicate with suppliers on delivery of material/goods purchase to prevent operational down time.
3. Monitor and carry out stock replenishment at the right time.
4. Effective communications with other departments and to ensure efficient and smooth of operation process.
5. Ensure proper supplier's invoices submission to accounts department for payment preparation on time.
6. Assist to maintain proper vendor's data base by updating pricing, lead time, products, payment terms, etc.
7. Assist on sourcing suppliers and manage suppliers
 
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess diploma or degree, advance/higher/graduate diploma in purchasing and supply chain management/business studies/administration.
2. Computer literary, proficient in use of MS Office application (Word & Excel) would be an added advantage.
3. Availability to meet deadline.
4. With 2 years working experience in procurement is an added advantage
