Description :: 1. Responsible for purchasing / procurement activities
2. Prepare purchase order for Company
3. Negotiate best deal with supplier in the same time sourcing of new supplier for cost effective
4. Coordinate with local & overseas supplier to ensure timely delivery of goods
5. Ensure proper document management, filling, billing
6. Work closely with project & maintenance team to achieve zero shortage of material / parts until project completion
7. On-going review inventories availabilty and orders
8. Review invoices and ensure correct information send to Finance Department for payment.
9. Continously develop and improve the procurement processes
10. Generate monthly report for management review
11. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation, Commerce or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): Autocount, MS Office.
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
4. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
