- 1. Responsible for material sourcing, procurement planning and requirement in terms of quantity and date as per production schedule.
2. Responsible for purchase administration and order processing using ERP Systems.
3. Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
4. To liase with production and store to check the stock level and actual production status to ensure the inventory control is at minimal level.
5. Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
6. Source for new parts, suppliers when the need arises.
7. Execution and follow up of all regular purchasing duties.
8. Perform any duties as assigned
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must posses at least SPM, Diploma and/or other relevant qualifications.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
3. Good negotiation skill & Computer Literate with knowledge of MS Excel, Word & ERP Systems.
4. Able to speak English & Mandarin

Far East Foam Industries began operations in 1971, founded by Mr Albert Loo Chia Foo, a sole proprietor, as a trading and wholesale company called Syarikat Far East Industrial. In 1978, it started polyurethane foam manufacturing for industrial use and bedding products for the domestic market.
