- -Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting.
-Plan, organize and direct all activities related to the cost accounting functions. Ability to work with manufacturing operations to collaborate on process improvements and efficiencies in various Inventory work flow processes.
- Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic report comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
-Understand the inventory and cost accounting methodology.
-Responsible for overseeing monthly inventory and analysis for reasonableness and accuracy with the ability to investigate and explain any issues to senior management
-Ability to interface with external or internal auditors and assist in external quarterly or annual audit reviews.

- Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
- Significant cost accounting experience in manufacturing environment with
Understanding of business management software systems and financial transactions
that related to manufacturing processes.
- Experienced in interacting with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, production,
Shipping and other functional areas of a manufacturing business.
- Self-starter, able to hit the ground running and work with limited support.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Able to adapt in a multicultural environment.
- Multitasking and able to prioritize and to meet dateline.
