- •Responsible for material ordering dan replenishment plant, PO issuance and following-up with supplier on the order status.
•Monitor the supplier performance and delivery schedule on time and in full.
•Ensure all necessary documents are received timely for smooth operation
•Coordinate with various departments to ensure continuous supply and optimize inventory holding.
•Ensure all supplier master and material master are updated in the system promptly.
•Analyse the purchase trends and terms, evaluate the demand and supply status to determine the purchase plan and ensure cost effectiveness.
•Communicate and coordinate with the internal team for the material order, quality and supplier matters.
•Expedite shipment from overseas and liaise with forwarder on shipment clearance.
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
•Required skill(s): Planning.
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
