Description :: •To provide administrative support to Procurement team
•Ensure all purchasing activities comply with Procurement Procedure and company internal policy
•Actively seek out opportunities for improvement, ways to do things better; and lead implementation of actions defined
•Purchase Order/Outline Agreement (PO/OA) processing
•Able to negotiate with suppliers and customers
•Ability to interact with all personnel including from other department.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
•No work experience required.
•Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
•Have prior work experience in Procurement, Finance or Internal Control is an added advantage
•Able to work under pressure and tight timelines.
