- 1. Planning of materials requirements based on forecast and sales order received.
2. Monitor cohesively materials in transit, movements, dynamic consumption .
3. Inventory analysis & reporting, controlling in optimum level including cost analysis for procurement budgeting.
4. Follow up closely with Purchasing Department to ensure delivery on time within the required date.
5. Participate in weekly meeting to support production scheduling according to capacity loading in fast-paced environment.
6. Able to work independently and interact with Store, Production and Purchasing. Ensure proper level of collaboration between planning and procurement to ensure alignment between production plan and material supply.
7. Take part in monthly stock count to justify accuracy of real time data versus physical inventory.
8. Root cause analysis in related issues and proactively to drive continuous improvement. - Requirements :
- 1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years' of relevant experience.
3. Able to work independently and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.
4. Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
5. Initiative and possess a positive working attitude.
6. Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin.
7. Must have a good planning skill.
8. Good PC knowledge & good communication skill.
9. Positive character and able to commit to deliver under pressure. - Lowest Qualification :
