Description :: - Responsible for resource planning, procurement and requirements in terms of quantity and date of production schedules.
- Responsible for purchase administration and order processing using ERP systems;
- Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the delivery of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site / store on time;
- In relation to the production and stores to check stock levels and actual production status to ensure inventory control is at the minimum level.
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers;
- Source for new parts, suppliers if necessary;
Implementation and follow-up of all the usual tasks of purchasing;
- Carry out any duties as assigned
Requirements :: - Diploma and Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma and / or other relevant qualification;
- 3 years of working experience in the related field.
